Easter Celebrations

Spring is officially here! The Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Eagles with Gran is always fun. This was Krennan's first year to really get into hunting and it didn't take him very long to grasp the concept. Kaleaha was acting like she was a little bored until it was actually her turn to hunt the eggs then she was pretty enthusiastic. After the egg hunt, the Easter Bunny made an appearance. Then, for the first time EVER we attempted to dye eggs at home. Krennan and Kaleaha had a blast! Very colorful eggs were made and now they think we should dye eggs every week! On Easter Sunday, Joe and Londa invited us to their house to eat lunch and have another Easter Egg hunt. We went and took Mom with us and had a great time. Krennan was an expert by this point and Londa had gotten prizes for the kids. It was a lot of fun to watch them be so excited about the little things. GOOD TIMES! A fun holiday weekend. The only thing that could have made it better is if Dad had been here to share it. Thank goodness that we celebrate this holiday that represents eternal life. I'm so excited to know that I will get to spend eternity with my family and grateful for this gift from Jesus Christ.
